• All packages are shipped using USPS domestic priority mail (flat-rate envelope). The shipping cost includes insurance to cover the total value of your order as well as delivery confirmation.
• All shipping costs are for U.S. delivery only. If you are located outside the U.S. please contact us by email prior to placing an order for the additional cost. Any orders placed for delivery outside the U.S without payment of quoted additional cost are subject to cancellation at our discretion. You are responsible for any addition import duties that may be levied in the destination country if applicable.

• We are currently using the PAYPAL® system which allows you to pay using either your PAYPAL® account or to use a credit card.
• This is completely secure and we do not receive any of your financial information from PAYPAL®, only the order and shipping information.
• MD residents are required to pay an additional 5% sales tax

• We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please contact us before returning any items as we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the item(s).
• If the reason for return is our fault (error in order or defective item) we will refund your full payment (returned item purchase price + shipping).
• If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return an item, we will refund you the item(s) purchase price minus the return shipping costs, i.e. you pay shipping both ways.
• When a return is received, we will refund you via PAYPAL® who will credit your account or credit card.
